guys, we all know that ref-b needs to be taken several times a day (every 4-6hours). My question is what to you guys do at work. I read a post about a guy who mixed his winny with spring water and sipped it all day, would something like this work with ref-b? Also what about taking it only twice a day or even shooting it. I work alot and it would be difficult to keep a loaded syringe at my job. thanks, Mike ------------------     | ||

Don't inject it, it's not sterile. Taking it every four hours you'll only need to sneak off to the bathroom twice to take the ref. Or just keep it in your car and do it at lunch and on breaks. That doesn't sound to hard. I guess it depends on your job setting. ------------------ | ||

Well I dont know about it not being sterile, but I agree that it is best taken orally. The lump you get from injecting takes days to disperse, and coupled with the everyday injecting thing, it can make for a shitty cycle to say the least. Maybe you can get one of those Incredible Hulk lunch boxes with a lock on it & keep your rig in there. Thats a joke son | ||

Get the ref b tablets lol, I know thats not the answer your looking for, just take it the 4-6 hours thing is a great thing to do if you can keep it, but honestly Im not sure how much a difference you will see doing it the 'right' way or just taking it before and after workouts.. Slopain | ||

I've read that guys will put it in a visine bottle and squirt it in their mouth when needed. that way you don't have to bring a syringe or the bottle to work. make sure you clean out the visine bottle first buddy. | ||

AZtallguy has a good point there, i'm gonna ry that one, i just take a syringe to work w/ no needle on it and 1 cc in it, take 1/2 every 4 hours.... at home i inject a digestive enzyme capsule with it... absorbs well that way! |
