Hey Big, I just started a similar cycle (slightly lower levels). When did you first notice an increase in strength and weight gain? Also, are you taking any kind of anti-gyno or anti-estrogen? Great gains by the way! delray ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

The first two weeks I was taking Russian dbol and I didn't notice any gains so I switched to RefB and it kicked in nicely. By week 3 I had gained about 12 pounds. Strength gains started about week 2. I am avoiding the Russian Dbol Metandon(??SP??). My next one will include anadrol 50mg/day. I HIGHLY recommend 400mg EQ to anyone who has trouble eating enough! I take 20mg Nolva per day. Post cycle I'll hit clomid and proviron with maybe some primo or something. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
