Hey all,

Deca is often touted as an AAS with minimal sides, but many of you know otherwise (Deca dick...Mood swings...etc)

Gyno from Deca is also spoken of from time to time. I was just wondering how common (really) is progesterone induced gyno. What (gut feeling based on your experience, etc) % of users are predisposed to progest gyno, 30%, 20%, 2%.....?

I am kind of shying away from Deca in favor of DBol/Test etc because the aromitization to estrogen can be controlled/stopped clean with Arimidex. With Ru486 hard to get, there really is no true progesterone killer out there...so if you get progesterone induced gyno you may be screwed.

Whats your experience been....just a simple "used Deca many times, no gyno.." would suffice if that is the case. I need lots of responses to get a real feel for how common, uncommon this is.

Thanks in advance!

no flame but some of this topic has been heavily discussed lately... winny is a perfect answer for keeping progest gyno under control usually if you stay at 400mg a week or lower you shouldn't have problems but for a lot of bro's deca dick is 100% real although usually at higher dosages. As far as percentages of people with an affinity for progesterone induced gyno who knows when was the last time you saw some real survey that applied to aas use? Not many that is for sure since they are illegal... in most places. again no flame bro.
Hope I helped

Not taken as a flame at all, but the reason I asked this question was to get a cross section of responses/experiences.

If twenty people answer and only one or two instances of specifically progest gyno are noted, I have some andectdotal (sp?) evidence as far as how uncommon (or common) it really is.

I understand that Winny is effective for combating this. If I did do a Deca cycle, I would of course be prepared. (If gyno started showing, I would know it is from the Deca, because I plan on using Arimidex. I would probably switch to EQ and take some Winny for a while. Besides, this is cool...if I don't use the Winny/EQ at all I supps for a cutting cycle...but I digress.)

What I was really looking for was an idea as to how common it is. I know that everyones responses to specific compounds are unique. Just trying to get a feel for how prevalent it is.

I have been told progesterone induced gyno is not as common as estrogen induced gyno. The latter being much easier to treat with nolva, armidex etc. Winny is said to help prevent deca gyno. A search in the archived topics will help you.

On my last cycle, I used the new ttokyyo deca, 1 shot of 1cc a week, supposed to be 300mg?.. Well anyways, after the 4th or 5th week, my nips hurt so bad I stopped cycle & loaded the clomid. No gyno (thank GOD) but enough to scare the shit outta me. I have done cycles before with 1gram of sust a week without so much as an itchy nipple! Go figure.
I will stick with EQ for now on since they are similiar in makeup. A thousand shots in one cycle beats gyno for life!

One more thought you should keep in mind. Gyno is genetic you either have the gene or you don't, no steroid is going to put it there. Deca will only trigger it if it's there. I've used it with no problems for 17 years.

ULTER, I have to disagree with this, it is the sensitivity that is individualistic, not the potential. Everyone, given the right amount of estrogen will develop gyno.
