ive tried gear a few times every cycle learning more about what works for me,ive only used test and deca but I used different approachs until i found the dose that i needed..wich is around 750 mgs this works but not very well. i only seem to be able to gain no more then 10 pounds but my strength goes up very well .ive tried every thing

Designation of "moderator" doesn't necessarilly connote "holistic" experience with the entire scope involving athletic training. Moderator(s) means "I recogonize that I have a vestid interest in seeing this forum succeed, and I have the free time to ensure that it does". It means nothing more nothing less, but this is certainly not universal.

2/3's of useful practical experience comes from members not moderators, but thats just my .02 cents. Seak the aid of a Certified Personal Trainer who can physically access your needs, rather than go to cyber juice monkeys, like myself and others.

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR GENETEICS ARE NOT THE BEST.IF YOU ARE TRYING TO GROW, YOU GOT TO EAT,EAT,EAT. START LIFTING 4 DAYS A WEEK, EAT AROUND 7-8 MEALS A DAY WITH A TOTAL OF 400 GRAMS OF PROTEIN. DONT WORRY ABOUT CALORIES JUST EAT.LAST BUT NOT LEAST SLEEP AROUND 8-9 HOURS A NIGHT.LIFT HARD, EAT HARD, SLEEP HARD. IF YOU CANT GROW ON THAT PLAN,THAN NO STEROID WILL HELP.

I think twisted steel and the bouncer both gave great advice seek out a personal trainer and eat eat eat pizza ice cream who cares you wanna see pounds right? If you are on the sauce I doubt since you are a hardgainer you will gain fat up your caloric intake... wait if you find a good personal trainer he should be able to help you with diest etc... bulk now cut later it is really hard to gain mass if you don't feed yourself... oh yeah don't forget your sunflower oil!!!
