Well I am in week 5 of my Duratest / Fina cycle .. and was wondering the effects of Duratest on my appetite .. I am at 750 mgs a weeek And i am on a strictly health diet .. no carbs after 4 pm and ccardio 3 times a week The results from the test are amazing and I would reccomend it to anyone.. as long as you eat right But now it is oput of control Here is a normal day : breakfest: 6 am 8 eggs whites Mid morning Work break: 9 am 3 Eggs whites on a toasted bagel Lunch: 12 Eggs whites mid afternoon: Apple Dinner varries...... Now I am wondering how many other bros out there need to use thier gold card just to go food shopping...?? Is this the Fina or the Duratest causing an increase in the hunger.....     | ||
