I know this may be a weird question. But i just can't seem to get rid of these little lovehandles on me. My body is the way I want it for the most part. Except for the little lovehandles that i have. Does anyone have any exercies to get rid of them? I have tried all types of ab exerices but it doesn't seem to work. Or anything else that might work? Thanks for the help! ------------------

put a broom behind your neck and put both your hands on each end and do twists, tightening it up. and do oblique crunches

Diet, Diet, Diet, take your diet and cardio to the next level, if that doesn't work, your choices move to synthol, GH, and or surgery. . .Trust me if you diet and eat right you will and can drop those handles. . .Peace

Have you tried combining T3 and clen? If that combo doesn't burn it off, with a good diet of course, you better look into lyposuction.

Sad fact for you, NJBigtime: The male body is naturally adapted to carry excess adipose tissue around the midsection. Some in front, over the belly, other around the sides, or even toward the back (your so-called love handles). Kodiak is right - only severe dieting will do anything for you, but this will be the very first place that you add fat back when you bulk up again. It's not a matter of conditioning or muscle-building, as you've been assuming and as some of the bros are advising. This is simply your body's last store of fat. It'll give it up if you diet long and hard enough, but it'll put it right back on, first chance it gets. Long-term, the only solution to this is lipo and/or abdominoplasty. Alternately, you can develop a big enough upper back that your love handles will LOOK smaller, even though they're not. Sorry, bro, but that's really the way it is. Bjaarki said it. Theres no muscle building or toning exercise that can 'remove' the handles bro, only diet and cardio(if you want to go by it naturally). I hope u loose 'em. Mike H. ------------------

I had minor love handles and a small amount of fat in my lower abs. I had it removed via lipo. I did not want to diet any size off. It worked well. I know the surgen so my cost was $2500. This type of procedure typically goes about 4k. I had my abs, flanks and lower back done. I know its cheating but, the end always justifies the means. Good luck........the Freak

I know dieting is the primary factor in wieght loss but have any of you tried the topical Yohimbine HCL? I read a few places it actually helps with local fat loss a little. Any other opinions?

Why not do a shit load of cardio while on winny eq and clen that will do you. I wish I could see your "love handles" because you might just be at a higher bf% it always seems that the abs are the last to start showing when I get to about 9% they begin comming out and at 4% I look like my skin is paper. I am not sure about the oblique excercises mentioned because the obliques are very easy to build and they might just look "fatter" without cutting your bf% my 2 cents

The fat cells in the "trouble regions" (thighs and ass on women, spare tire on men) have a lower proportion of beta receptors and a higher proportion of alpha receptors. This means that beta agonists (ECA, etc) won't help make them release their fat stores but alpha agonists (like yohimbine) do. Gotta diet bro. Most people don't realise how much fat they have. By the way, there seems to be such thing as spot reduction exercises (ie ab exercises to decrease abdominal fat, at best they just make the muscle more obvious). Anybody have experience with thiomucase? Best Wishes. Peace! ------------------

Do some research on PGF2A. There's a good article by Ranger on it, somewhere. I know its part of the Chemical Wizardry guide- don't know if it's posted anywhere. ------------------ <\==T-Shirts Now ON SALE!==/> Finaplix Message Board http://pub24.ezboard.com/bfinaplix
