Hey guys.. Check out this pick of Ara. I've been doing 500 mg of ara and 500 mg of Ganabol a week for 2 weeks now. Along with Clen, Proviron, and Nova (EOD on the Prov and Nova)I want to gain lean muscle .. drop some fat if possible (starting T3 tomarrow). My question is why am I not making gains with these dosages. I'm 188 about 12-13% and I haven't gained any lbs. or look any cutter yet. I have been taking water pills so this with that anti estros I can't imagine I'm holding that much water. Diet wise I am putting down 200 - 300 grams of protien (up and down every other day) and very little else (I take 2-3 tbsp of flax and have 3/4 cup of oatmeal after a workout). I'm wondering if I should up food but just do cardio (how much?) or lower cals (i doubt it.) Workouts are 5 days a week , everything once a week and about 20 sets a body part. Little help guys? Bro it will take 5 weeks to see some gains on ARA-T then you will grow done even better at 9th week so I would do atleast 10 weeks of ARA-T to get what your looking for went from 183 to 199 hardly any water peroid.The ARA-T took sp long I was thinking it was fake.keep going and be consistant with your eating and training you will grow. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

1. It's only been 2 weeks. 2. Eat more, but clean. (not just protien) 3. Why are you taking nalvadex? Getting gyno already? 4. With the clen and low carbs, you are probably losing fat and gaining muscle. Look in the mirror. How do you look. Don't just look at the scale. Good luck, ![]() ![]() ![]() |
