I am 21 years old and I am 5'10 bout 170lbs-175lbs depending when I weight myself. I feel I am an ectomorph ummmm thats bout really all I can tell you beisdes i train 5 days a week one bodypart per day 1.Chest 2.Back 3.legs 4.Arms 5.Shoulders I know you guys require info in order to answer my question. I have been traing for five years and and been studying and trying my best to become as well informed about AS as possible. I feel i am ready to do a light cycle for a first one. i am leaning towards EQ. I might stack it with some dbol but I just want to see basically how my body reacts before going overboard and scaring myself away. So I was wondering if you guys could maybe help me put a cycle together one with just eq, and maybe one with a eq/dbol stack. I would gretaly appriciate all the info good and bad. Also in terms of gains its hard to determine but roughy with proper diet and sleep and kickin my ass in the gym what could i expect, i am not expecting much obviously. But i would like to say Ithank you guys for everything sounds kinda lame but for real you guys have opened my eyes to a side of bodybuilding that is incredible intresting, so i will trust your judgement with this cycle. thanks guys | ||

First of all I feel that training a bodypart once per week is for the advanced guys. It takes an 18 inch arm a couple days longer to heal then a 15 inch arm. I would divide your body into a three day split, and train five days a week. Diet is the most important thing here, on to the cycle. Very simple, if u want eq and d-bol, go with this: week 1-5 30mg d-bol/day only other thing is u might want to add in 10-20mg of nolvadex per day if your worried about gyno, and no it will not hinder your gains!!! you may get 30 variations of what I just layed out, personally I feel that tapering throughout the cycle is bullshit, except for the last week or two. Here is the training split that I use, and before some asshole flames me, I would like to say that I have made more gains naturally then alot of the juicers on this board. Day 1 Chest/shoulders I do 3 exercies for chest, 2 for shoulders, 4 for back, 2 for triceps, 4 for legs, and 2 for biceps.
