Been using ox for 5 weekes. Anyone that has ever used anavar experience this. I am getting smaller and hard as a rock. My pumps are so solid I feel like steel and I am stronger than ever. But, I am smaller I just did my measurements and I am down. Arms from cold 17.75 to 17.30. It might just be end of the week settling or something. Weird. Other than that I think everyone should experience oxandrolone!     | ||

20 mg for first 3 weeks, 30 mg since then...I am using primo with it and did deca before...this is 14 week cycle, 8 week deca, 8 week primo, 8 week anavar...it all overlaps.. | ||

Might want to adjust your diet, but anavar alone with a highly intense workout schedule could result in loss of some BF. Also some of the h20 retention from your original cycle may be disapating. If you feel good, look good, I wouldn't worry about it. If it bothers you up your calories. ------------------ | ||

thanks guys, probably some water from the deca...I am going to up my protein a little more, 1 shake a day, see what happens... I wanted to break 18 inches...next cycle will be test based. | ||

Since i am not a BB i dont mind the water. But with the anavar its all quality as said before. ------------------ |
