Some take t3 during masscycles not to gain to much fat. Do you thing that morningwalks before breakfast will keep the fat down, while doing a mass cycle? Or do you think that it will have to much stress on the heart? I gain pretty much fat while bulking and though that this maybe would help me. I'll drink a protein before the morningwalk of course, not to loose any muscles.

walking wont hurt you first thing in the am, watch your heart rate, if you want to really burn fat, do an eca before your walk, again keep an eye on that heart rate, maybe 70 % of max should be good. Its also good for keeping the low back & hamstrings loose during a cycle, keep your stride long abnd even! works wonders on the back! I'm doing about 3/4 a mile every morning and I'm on a cycle. starts the day off right! oh, no carbs before that wak!

doing any form of cardio in the morning is the best time to help burn fat. This is because you use up energy from your fat stores as you have not eaten in a few hours. You have very little carbs in your body ( DON'T have a carb based dinner the night before) therefore you will use your fat stores as your energy supply. Don't eat before your walk, eat after. That includes the protein shake. You don't need it as you will not create mass by walking, afterwards is best. Walking up hills is an awesome excercise for the calves. This is just my opinion ------------------

Mass cycle T3 Cardio Hmmm, in my opinion, the first one does not belong. If you are trying to bulk up...then why do cardio and worry about fat. Just eat a little cleaner here and there. Not a flame at all, but just my 2c. If I am bulking, then I try to stay away from eca and cardio. I ONLY want to bulk when I decide to and I ONLY want to cut up when I want to cut up. B True

When I'm bulking, I don't to any type of cardio excercise. No basketball, jogging, stairmaster, etc. I try to bulk up as much as I can by eating the highest cal. foods and doing as little cardio as possible. I have a very fast metabolism which is probably why I can get away with this aproach and other would just get fat. Just my $.02 ------------------

Personally when ever im bulking I never do aerobics. Except the odd walk to the shops, tube station etc. I just think its hard enough getting in enough calories I dont want to burn any of them unnecesarily (sp) Smetimes use T3 but only @ 25mcg/day to help increase protein synthesis. ------------------ Its not the size of the dog in the fight but the size of the fight in the dog. you guys that do no..NO..cardio at all during mass cycles a re missing a good thing. Dont be afraifdo fo losing any weighgt. Done correctly you cannot and will not lose muscle mass... light walking will keepmthen ham, strings Nsd low back lose, as you gain weight the heart has to adpat to the new weight. walking will keep the heart workin better and keep a better blood flow thru the body. Imcreased blood flow takes nutrients ( ie; proteins, glycogen , etc) thru the body .. also increased blood flow removes toxins, moleculer waste, lactic acid. It will improve recovery time also. I'm not tlaking power waling gwtting the HR up to 90%, just a light cruise will do... try it! |
