The Gains Keeper Formula report requires a supplement called Phosphatidylersine. It is supposed to be an anti-catabolic. Anyone have any information? Where is it available? Any help would be appreciated.     | ||

it's Phosphatidylserine not Phosphatidylersine... Anyhow you can get it at GNC, but they over charge... If you can find it anywhere else, go over there. | ||

my first thread was on the same subject, i used it, and i think it works pretty nicely. there is a company that makes it in 550mg strength. i don't know the name of it, it just came out recently. | ||

It is supposed to supress cortisol after a hard session of training. Used with glutimine it is said to prevent the body from going too catabolic. They sell it at GNC but it is WAAAAAAY overpriced there. I know Muscle Link puts it in a product called Cort-Block. | ||

Prosource online has there own ps supplement. I used it post sus cycle with glutimine and a product called Methoxygen and I had an actual increase in strength and leaned out. I would say to be effective alone, you should double the dose. |
