This past monday I was up exactly 20 lbs. Im on omna 750 wk, d-bol 35 a day, and 300 eq week. I usually weigh every monday but I couldn't resist last night so I stepped on and was up 6 more lbs. So thats 26 lbs in about 3 1/2 weeks. I guess the omna just starterd kicking. My strength is almost back to where it was before my shoulder injury. I need 8 more lbs to reach my goal weight of 190. 186 is as big as Ive ever been so my mouth is watering..I keep you posted..Bam Bam

Congrats nice looking cycle. I did one very similar except deca, for my joints. I gained about 40lbs.

I am going to do a similar cycle in a couple months. I am waiting for my shoulder separation to heal. What shoulder injury did you have and how long did it take you to heal?

Im unsure what exactly happened to my shoulder,,I was supposed to have an mri last week but didn't make it. I hurt it benching. I benched heavy monday with little pain so maybe it is healing itself..I warm up extensively now. I think it helps a great deal..Thanks for the comments..Bam Bam
