Thing is no one wants the guy to leave. Has he posted since his last post saying he was handing in his badge as a Mod. Why dont everyone e-mail him, im sure after his account gets bombarded he will understand he is wanted.

I wouldn't email Ranger. I think all of the posts on the board lets him know that he is needed and wanted. However well intentioned, I know I would be pissed to have my email bombarded with hundreds of emails.
