Hey guys, Looking for some help. Currently 6'4 wieghing 235lbs, bf @ 14%. I am about to start my 3rd bulking cycle and am wanting to add 25-30lbs of quality muscle & to keep at least 20 of it. I have thought of many things but dont know what to go for. ------------------    | ||

Clomid eod during whole cycle, the deca shot once a week the sust shot every 3 days (500mg) so you're doing more than 100mg a week actually, and the dbol take EVERY 4 HOURS including nightime. The winny shot every day and the tren every other day (eod). The clen take tabs until you shake like a mofo then back off 1/2 tab. stop the clen when you body tempereature goes back to normal, then start eca and stay on it for at least three weeks. Don't forget your liver helpers all the way through. Standardized silymarin 160 mg + 3x/day Evening primrose oil 1300 mg 2x/day Alpha lipoic acid 100 to 200 mg 3x/day Glycyrrhizinate Forte 1 capsule 3x/day N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg 3x/day Glutamine powder 2g to 12g 3x/day (1 heaping teaspoon = 4g, 1 hpg tablespoon = 12 grams) Omega 3 fatty acids 2 to 3 capsules 3x/day Lung Tan Xie Gan Chinese herb formula - as directed [This message has been edited by E2 (edited November 17, 2000).] [This message has been edited by E2 (edited November 17, 2000).]  | ||

Thanks E2, you the Motha Fuckin man. Just a quick q, would it make a difference if i swapped the sust for enanthate. I have had bad experiences with sust (painful injections, maybe my technique has improved now though) I understand I will get more water with the enanthate. If you strongly recommend the sust then that what I will do. Much appreciated for the detailed reply above. | ||

my question is could you switch out the d's for abombs, cause the winny is there right after, or does the winny have to be taken w/ abombs to stop prog. effects. cause im looking at something very similiar to this, except enanthate instead of susto, and the eq i wont start till right before the winny and also im not as big as him, im only 5'10-11" @ 200lbs clean--time for some juice !any advice would help, since his thread is already answered. ------------------ [This message has been edited by ROIDRANGER (edited November 17, 2000).] | ||

Sure you can swap the sust for enanthate, now i'd recomment testoviron depot or primoteston depot to other forms of enanthate but it's up to you. Now, as well, i'd like to add in some arimidex into that cycel, week 1 at 1mg ed and then 1mg eod after that the whole way through. ------------------ | ||

Much appreciated. Thats cool cause the only enanthate I can get hold of is Testoviron 250. Thanks once again for the advice bro & twisted steel |
