Day 7 from show
a) Half all carbs from previous week.
b) Add an extra 8-oz turkey steak to your protein intake.
c) By this time you should be drinking about 3 litres of water per day- I prefer Evian, as this is low in sodium. (The days of drinking distilled water are long gone)
d) 2g of Vit. C.
Day 6
Same as day 7, but 4litres of water.
Day 5
Same, but 5 litres of water.
Day 4
6 litres of water
1 baked potato every hour, from waking to bedtime.
3g of Vit. C.
Four 8oz-turkey steaks for total day's protein, no other protein taken at this point.
3 bananas for increasing potassium levels.
Day 3
6 litres of water
4g Vit. C
1 baked potato every 1-2 hours
Four 8oz turkey steaks only for days protein
3 bananas
Day 2
The day before the show:
8 litres of water.
10g Vit. C
1 baked potato every 2 hours. Stop potatoes at noon on this day. You should be carbed up by now, just leaving the finishing touches of drying out.
From noon all you eat is protein. Eat an 8oz-turkey breast every 3 hours.
3 bananas
Have 1/2 a pound of fillet steak, last thing at night.
SHOW DAY.
Water; cut back to 3 litres for the day. You will be used to expelling large amounts of water. This mechanism will continue through the day and therefore dry you out when you reduce water intake.
DO NOT stop drinking water at any stage.
10g Vit. C.
3 bananas.
1/2 a pound of fillet steak for breakfast then an 8oz turkey breast every 3 hours.
1-2 hours before going on stage drink
1/2 of a glass of brandy, the alcohol will act as a diuretic also. You can mix the brandy with orange juice and honey if you like.

- Question isn't 10 gr of vitamin C dangerous?

looks good. vitamin c fine. my approach is quite different thogh it need to be what works for ya. for me

Sunday before cut all sodium and most carbs
Increase protein in the way of chicken or white turkey
3 days prior slowly add in carbs decrease water by 1/2
2 days out sipping water taking in what i pee out
2 days out more carbs by 15-20 %
1 day out weighin have steak and potato after
morning of light breakfast (don't get bloated)
1/2 hr before stage red wine with honey or vodka with honey (small amount)
warm up by posing (don't use weights just squeeze)

also last week no legs at all and before show moring of lay on back and elevate legs against walls to get blood going.

Bro good luck i did my show this year and am focusing on next. took 2nd and it felt great. relax and enjoy but don't change your thoughts on prep as this worked best for me and what i did not like will be changed going forward

alos look into sweet potato last days and day of contest

distilled water works very well for me and i don't beleive its no longer used. makes a difference. watch for hidden sodium.

last thing is if you take a dieurectic make sure its not pottasium sparring since your eating banana's this could hurt. Aldactone comes to mind
