Hey guys! I've competed in the nationals in my country in the years 1997 and 1998 and done ok, specially in '98 but i always seem to have a problem with my carbs the last days for competion. The problem is i'm getting imformation from diffrent people and as you know the don't match always : ). Still i know quite alot about the subject but still want your advise, as some of you seem to know a whole F*** lot about these things. It's know 15 days til competion and i'm 5-6 lbs(3 Kg) from making my weight class, not that it worries me. Atleast i'm gonna be heavy as i can be in it. So will be in the -90kg(~200 lbs) class. In 98 i came ripped as hell but too depleated, i'm competing 25 lbg(12kg) heavier than i was 98 so it's a diffrent world out there : ) And i can't afford being depleated this time against the bigger guys. I'd like to skip the damm lasiz as it could make me lose too much muscle volume, but i still will have it by hand incase everything fuckes up, for me it's more important being ripped onstage than just a big water ballon(hey but who doesn't) But ofcourse being ripped and big is what we all go for : ). So i'd like some info on the last 10 days before competion
Fe.
1. How long going of carbs and how long loading.
2. Salt intake.
3. Training last week.(what kind)
4. Carb/protein/fat percentages and such.

P.s. I'm doing 100 mg winstol every second day and 10 mg Halo + 20 mg clem 2 days on and 2 days of and shitloads of ripped fuel.
Intend to increase the clem starting next week.

Bump...I'd like some info on this subject too. The only thing I can add is that I'm now hearing of a method used by carb sensitive bodybuilders that don't carb load for shows. Instead they load up on salt up untill 2 or 3 days before showtime while drinking shit loads of water, then cut salt completly, load up on potassium. This causes a dam-spilling like effect that I heard is real sucsessful.
