What do you weigh now, how much AS are you taking, how old, how tall? Get the point. if your 5'0" and 135 your don't need as many calories as a guy 6'5" 315lbs. If your the average guy 5'10" 185, I would say 4-5 thousand should do the trick. . . ------------------  | ||

save your money on the primo, too short and not enough... deca needs lots of calories...4500...good luck! | ||
