December 1 I'm beginning the Bill Phillips diet and heavy Clen. I am looking into Fina. If I can learn about dosage quick eneough I may use it too. Are they good together? 60 min of cardio every other day. Serious advice would be appreciated. | ||

Stop eating and start exercising. Go with 1 hour of cardio 24 hours a day and stay out of the fridge. Actually good luck, bro, you can beat it and I would say for a while just see what the good diet, and exercise may bring you, if you want the clen great I would wait on the fin for a while, maybe 3-6 months after you start seeing results. Hey guy, I know that you probably want to look good as soon as possible but you have to remember that you only get out of things what you put in. I wouldn't try any drugs yet just work hard. I don't know your stats but if your quite over weight than I would do obviously cardio everytime you hit the gym, don't kill yourself either, university research shows that going at a slower pace for a longer time does more for you than running, eg. 4mph on a tread mill for 45-60 min. (with 3.5mph being average human walking speed)will burn 1-1.5 lbs of FAT a week leaving your muscle alone for the most part. It's a little more complex than that but trust me it works. In the mean time hit the weights with moderate to high level intensity and eat right. Don't think of it as a diet just healthy eating. I know you'll do great. | ||

HEY BRO I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH. I WAS FAT ALL MY LIFE UP UNTIL ABOUT 8 MONTHS AGO WHEN I DECIDED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. WHAT I DID WAS EAT LOW FAT, CARBS AND KEPT THE PROTEIN HIGH. I DID CARDIO 5 DAYS A WEEK FOR 45-55 MIN WITH THE HELP OF AN ECA STACK. I was a 2 time state championship wrestler. I quit grapling about 2 years ago and have gained like 50 pounds some good thanks to AS but some is just fat. 6'1 260 over 20% BF I'm big and strong but need to cut. I appreciate all the help. Any advice on Fina? | ||

The best thing is to change your eating habits. I do a TON of cardio, but believe me if I start to eat the wrong stuff or eat too much, I will start gaining fat. What works well for me is to simply eat small, high protein meals. I usually eat something small about every 3 hours & it works wonders. Never eat until your full. Stay away from PASTA, POTATOES, RICE, and BREAD. Keep your cardio up & keep a stiff upper lip! Good Luck! | ||
