I haven't yet looked locally for stuff, but do any of you guys know of a really good online site that sells used weight equipment? Looking into buying a bench (preferably Incline/flat adjustable), and possibly some dumbells if I can find em at a decent price. ![]() ![]() ![]()

If I were you I'd buy a swiss ball (I like www.gymball.com) and some PowerBlocks. Sure, power blocks only go to 125lbs per dumbbell, but they change weights so quick I love them. Power blocks are expensive, but in terms of space and time efficiency they can't be beat, plus it's like buying every bell from 5-125 lbs. www.powerblock.com I had a buddy who did welding make me a power rack. It didn't take long or use expensive materials. Hell I see them sold for 1 grand?!? What a racket... Peace! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

well, don't know about the online sites but if you opt for home dumbbells (which is par for the course in a basic home gym) get some of those ez-lock dumbbells!!!! They don't stick way out like the screw-on type, and, most importantly, they look just like those high-dollar dumbbells that your local gym with the nice carpet and (for some reason they have to have this although I have never figured out why) neon on the walls have. Very cheap, very nice..... ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
