Is this scheduled/controlled FEDERALLY or just state to state. It is in WA, where I'm from. I think GHB is gonna be impossible to make?? can anyone help me? I am weary of foriegn sources for GHB kits. sounds like an ass-reaming waiting to happen.    | ||

Yes it is Federally scheduled, the classification [ie 1,2,3] is dependent upon a few factors but youcan go to http://thomas.loc.gov/ and search under HR 2130 in the search box to get all that info. H.R.2130 : An act to amend the Controlled Substances Act to direct the emergency scheduling of gamma hydroxybutyric acid, to provide for a national awareness campaign, and for other purposes.  | ||

what's that supposed to mean phreaky? I checked the link from "tronco" and GBL is listed as an analogue for GHB, so looks like anyone wanting it is screwed. | ||

The way i remeber the federal schedule reads is: ghb and all it's salts polymers and isomers. Which makes GBL illegal. Some state laws go further and include analogues in the definition of banned substances but the term analogue has kind of a vague interpretation. Which is why i use 1-4 butanediol instead of GBL. You don't have to worry about taking potassium supplments like GBL and it seems to be legal if you aren't buying it for human consumption, depending on what state you live in. I've done GBL and 1-4 butanediol and i haven't noticed a huge difference in the effects they both get ya really fucked up. |
