RIGHT NOW IM ON MY 2ND WEEK OF A SUS/DECA/DBOL CYCLE. HOW MANY DAYS A WEEK CAN I TRAIN THE SAME MUSCLE. I HAVE A CHEST DAY A ARM DAY A BACK AND SHOULDERS DAY AND A LEG DAY IS IT OK WHILE JUICING TO TRIAN SOME OF THEM TWICE A WEEK. WILL MY MUSCLES RECOVER QUICK ENOUGH, OR WOULD I BE OVERTRAINING THEM. | ||

while im on I still stick to one day per week for each muscle.. others may do more. | ||

I agree with Spunky. No really this time. I have experimented with trying to train more than once a week per body part and I found it doesn't change just because your on. Your best gains will come by giving your body a week to rest. | ||

someone agrees w/ me.. wow! Plus, if you give each bodypart a week to recover, you will notice you have more strength the next seek. When I use to work each bodypart twice/week, the next week my lifts would be down... and eventually it led to overtraining.. | ||

Yes its possible. I`m on omnadren/dbol cycle and I think I`m overtrained. I worked hard with very heavy weights. I`m very tired now. I gained a lot of mass and strength but I cant train with these weights anymore. I`m going to train twice a week now. | ||

I train bodyparts twice week while on except legs. Take chest for instance...I'll do it twice a week...but I'll only do maybe 5 or 6 hard sets per workout for chest..12 sets a week max for chest... once a week doesn't do it for me. Muscles recover in about 48 hours anway...why wait aweek????? For me doing a chest workout with 10 or 12 sets in a workout is a waste. After my 6th set my chest is shot. so I stop there and come back in 3 or 4 days. I do this with all bodyparts ecept legs. I also do less sets for arms and shoulders. Works excellant for me. | ||

I JUST LOVE WORKING OUT WHILE IM ON. I WISH I COULD WORK OUT EVERYDAY, AND DO CHEST 3 TIMES A WEEK. I LOVE TO BENCHPRESS. ESPECIALY NOW THAT EVERY TIME I HIT THE BENCH, IM UP 10lbs. |
