how much do you guys eat when not "on"??
I got screwed outta some Dbol and some clomid, NOT SCAMMED. can still get the deca deca only, no clomid, NO WAY!. some local dude said he could hook it up, bastard!

anyway. I am going to gain muscle with or without AS right now. (20 yr old) so how much protein should I guzzle while doing it?

I'm 5'7 187lbs 7-8% BF. and eat about 3200-3400 calories mostly from carbs. about 150-180 grams of protein. and flax seed oil too.

That is my workout schedule if that helps. the only supplements I take are: protein shakes, Melatonin with magnesium, B6, flax seed oil, multivitamin.

Simple - eat as much protein as you possibly can whether on or off. I'm yet to read anything to convince me otherwise. IronMike

Same here 2grms/lbs. It kind of sucks because I am now finished a cycle. Going in for pec tendon surgery and tired of eating 400-500 grams of protien a day. My girlfriend is a saint, she doesn't even seem to notice that the comforter is floating on the ceiling every night.

Eat as much as possible. Appetite is lower when off, so eat as much quality as possible.
