I started deca about 2 weeks ago after bruising my ribs, smashing my ankle, and messing up my shoulder. The deca I started out low at 200mg/wk. My question is if anyone thinks some higher doses of deca and/or some test enanthate in high or low doses would help recovery. Thanks Jesus ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
