Yes, I was bulking but I am now cutting, sounds crazy but I got my reasons. First of all, my goals: ~~~What I Expect~~~ Current bodyfat %: 10-12% (assume 11%) After Week 1 - Bodyfat %: 8.9% After week 2 - Bodyfat %: 6.8% After week 3 - Bodyfat %: 4.5% As you can see, I am going for 4 lbs of fat loss a week. My BMR is 2444 calories. I will eat 70% protein, 30% carbs, >5% fat. What I'm on: Deca - 400mg Workout plans Weight training 1 hour 4-5 days/wk Now tell me, is this goal too far fetched?
