I started timing my rest periods between sets. Now it is only 90 secs, and it used to be around 3 minutes each. Bro's, I have great workouts now, and I am sooooooo SOOOOOORE!!!!
How long are your rest periods bro's?

When I do squats, I do a few warm up sets, then go real heavy so I fail at like 10 reps, then keep going for about 5 more, taking about 30 seconds in between the last 5.
i did a routine last tuesday, and Wednesday i was fine, but then on Thursday i could barely get in and out of my car or walk up and down stairs. i have a desk job and after sitting for a couple hours at a time i would get up and almost fall down from the pain. People think i am a freaking lunatic or something, but who cares, their legs aren't like stone pillars now are they?
