Well I took the advice of many and started the sust out at 500 week and the Deca out at 400 a week. Well it's the start of week three and wow I'm really starting to feel the pumps now. The only sides I've had to this point is I sweat like a pig when I workout and tan now plus that damn sust flu. My BP is perfect and no signs of Gymo at all. My nips are actually small and hard a lot of the time (THO). My strenght is up and BF is lower. I'm not eating everyhting in sight so I don't get fat. I'm at about 2500-3000 calories a day of CLEAN-CLEAN food. No garbage. Cardio at least once a day if not 2. I'm up 9 lbs already and getting compliments at work and from friends. I feel great and I'm looking forward to the next 6 weeks. Thanks to everyone that answered all my questions. I'll keep the board updated every week or so on my progress. i am on 500sust/400 deca as well..plus dbol..half way through 3rd week and i am up 17 pounds..pumps are incredible and already getting compliments...good luck to you bro..keep up the good work | ||

that's great bro. I really can't help but input this suggestion 2500-3000 calories? up that! I know you don't want to get fat but, man I eat more than that and I'm not on the sauce. I just want you to get the most out of your cycle. | ||

I agree with Valdez, bro...gear's expensive, and you want to get the most MASS possible out of it...enjoy this time away from dieting, and splurge every once in a while!!! HAPPY GROWING!!! ------------------ | ||

Thanks guys. I'm actually doing a little experiment to see if I can bulk and lean out at the same time. It's said to be impossible but I'm proving it wrong thus far with a strict diet and heavy cardio. I get to splurge on Saturdays if I behave all week long. I'm loving this shit! I agree. Eat more. 2500-3000 is cutting calories for most. Grow bro. Suck every last ounce of muscle out of this cycle. So long as you don't go ape shit with the calories and continue to eat clean your BF will be fine. ------------------ | ||

dieting, cardio, drugs? Not for sure if it is the best thing to do all at once. It is like you are fighting a battle with yourself. No one wins. Be careful, you may loose a lot when you come off at this rate. Or, if you start eating like a horse and stop cardio when you come off, you could possibly keep it all because of a shock to the body.
