I am taking the advice of the more experienced guys here with the issue of water retention....now where do i get the armidex?     | ||

Nolvadex is an anti estrogen. Esrogen is usually present in the male body as a result of having high testosterone levels (this is especially so when on a cycle). There are some steroids that are far more likely to lead to higher estrogen levels in the body. Using an anti estrogen will prevent the negative side effects such as gynocomastia (bitch tits). The way in which Nolvadex works is that it takes up the space on the receptor sites and prevents the estrogen from occupying the sites, thus preventing them from excercising their negative effects. The one main draw back of using Nolvadex is that it also exerts an effect of other anabolic steroids that are being used while on Nolvadex. The end result is that some gains are not as big as they would have been had Nolvadex not been used. Armidex is similar to Nolvadex. Clomid is slightly different. Why are you so wrried about water retntion? it goes away when you stop your cycle. Just drink plenty of water. Other opinions? | ||

Arimidex is an aromitase inhibitor,not an anti-estrogen.It prevents the enzyme aromitase from forming estrogen in the first place.Anti estrogens(nolvadex,clomid,etc.)are selective estrogen receptor modulators.They do nothing to combat the enzyme aromitase,they simply block estrogen that's already formed from attaching to certain receptors(breast tissue,hypothalamus,etc.)One addresses the root of the problem,while the other acts as a shield againt it after the fact. | ||
