The first part of my cycle that I'm planning on is susp for 5-6 weeks at 100mg eod, how much Nolvadex should I be taking for this dosage of susp?    | ||

it will depend on your body's reaction to that particular aas. I wouldnt use any until you get some signs of gyno.  | ||

nolvadex will prevent gyno, not cure it.. take during your cycle to be safest.. | ||

dont take any until you get signs of gyno,like itchy nipples, sensitive nips. taking nolvadex will hinder gains and it is not ideal to take it until you need it. gyno doesnt just appear, you will get signs of it coming on and it can be stopped by taking nolvadex, you wont get the gains you would have if you use nolvadex. | ||

Well, I know I'm gyno prone, so I'm more inclined to play it safe. How much does Nolvadex hinder gains, I've heard now a couple of bro's say this is a myth. I can't afford armidex, my source sells em for almost what he would charge for 3 bottles of susp. All I'm concerned with is preventing gyno, I can live with bloat as long as my bench goes through the roof;-). Would another anti est than be better for me? | ||

I take it from the middle to the end of my cycle, especially when I start clomid. . .that is when your estrogen level is the highest and your test is the lowest. | ||

The controversy arises again... I am trying to get to this whole nolvadex vs arimidex thing... Opinion is very widespread...Some say nolvadex hinders gains, some say it doesn't... To the best of my knowledge, Nolvadex does hinder gains... My research will show for sure... The only reason i vould fathom that it hinders gains is that you wont have water retention. Thats all i can gather at the moment | ||

Its really not unclear, if you call water weight (which is temporary anyways) "gains" then yes it may inhibit gains. But as far as LBM goes no it doesnt. Slopain | ||

BigPhysicsBastard, Try to get some proviron. It most certainly DOESN'T hinder gains, but it does prevent aromatization, which causes gyno...........but definitely keep nolva on hand in case you get symptoms. Also, I'm thinking of using susp. in my next cycle, but i'm pretty unfamiliar with it..............email me and let me know how much a bottle runs you. (I think it's a little steep in my area) ------------------ | ||

Slopan is right on. Do you want to be larger and smooth from water or a little smaller, more defined, and harder looking. Its a easy question for me. I would rather take arimidex at 1/4 pill eod. At that dose it will stop the production of estrogen about 50%. This will allow some to get through to help with gain, but not enough to allow gyno, fat storage, and excess water retention. I've tried it and works | ||

BPB, My strong opinion is always, always to err on the side of caution with anti-estrogen agents. Pi Kappa is correct that gyno doesn't develop immediately or without warning, but it is still unnecessary to cut it close. I happen to agree with Slopain et al that use of Nolva / Clomid will not reduce permanent LBM gains. But, even if it did have a modestly negative effect at the margin... so what? It isn't the last cycle of your life, right? Slow and steady wins the race, as they say. Nolvadex and Clomid are cheap, safe agents. My mantra: "Too much" anti-estrogen protection is orders of magnitude better than "not quite enough." | ||

so if you are taking thru the whole cycle what would be the dosages. and if not whole cycle just when signs appear of gyno, would you take like 20mg a day for 10 days then stop it, or continue at 10mg a day? ------------------ | ||

bro paly it safe. take 20mg day of nolva all the way through, it does not hinder gains. | ||

well guys, my source contacted me today and said that he is out of susp even though he had it listed as in. But than he tells me he has testoviron which is 50mg prop and 200mg enanthate, which is exactly what Aratest is. So it kind of worked out for the best being that I've been looking for Aratest for over a month now. And as to the anti est thing, I would take leaner and harder any day over extra water. Even with the Testoviron I will probably taking low dosages of Nolva throughout my cycle, itchy nips or not. | ||

Proviron will hinder gains. It binds to androgen receptors being that it is an androgen. ------------------ |
