I've seen my friends do it and it doesn't go away permanently unless you go to the same spot over 4-5 times. Also, you can't really do huge spots like chest/back or anything... its only good for small patches from what i've been told.

Getting my back done the day after Thanksgiving. It's the Light sheer diode system - if that means anything to anyone. I'm not a total hair ball, but it does get in the way and look nasty when I want to wear a tank. ------------------ Lobo

I had my back done, up to my hair line, and back of upper arms/triceps done for $300. Then I had chest, stomach, and complete upper arm, done for another $300. I also had my neck done under the chin for $100. This place is great, they used the Alexandria type laser. I think if you go to a Doctor's office you will get ripped off as Doctor's are just shameless when it comes to taking your money. One treatment will not totally eliminate all hair because it grows in phases. But all I can say is that after one treatment I am way, way better off than I was. Still have many light hairs as it only works well on dark ones (but those are the issue, right?) I will probably get the back done again, and for chest/stomach I will probably just be happy with the one treatment which results in much thinner growth. I guess time will tell what I need. I am told results vary depending on thickness of hair, darkness of hair, etc. and so some need more visits than others. |
