This is just a general guideline to help everyone. As everones body is different you may adjust it up or down to fit your personal metabolism/body. Product Name Size Flavor Playing with Food Intake will help you take up the calorie intake also. I usually combine the S.mass and P.Complex and make 1 shake. I drink 2 of those a day for 3000 Calories at 206 grams for my bulking phase. I usually end up somewhere around the general mard with food of 3000 cal/285g of Protein. Also see my Diet Ratios Post. Diet is the most important part of training don't take it lightly...if you do you are just pissing your money away buying juice!!! Below are some good foods to help you build your diet!!! Recommended Foods: You can try mixing and matching most of these. These are just a few of my favorites. Lunch: Usually pack about 2 Chicken breasts & a baked potatoe Dinner:Fish & Green Peas This is just a general guideline...with the two shakes you take that is a total of five meals. ------------------ |
