This is just a general guideline to help everyone. As everones body is different you may adjust it up or down to fit your personal metabolism/body.

Product Name Size Flavor

Pro Complex 4.4lbs Strawberry
Serious Mass 12lbs Strawbery
Amino 2222 Tablets 325 tabs n/a
Daily One Complete 60 capsules n/a

Serious Mass 1250 cal 50 grams
Pro Complex 250 cal 53 grams

Total 2 shakes 3000 calories 206 grams~2 shakes
Required Intake 3800 calories 285 grams

From Food 800 calories 90 grams~4 meals

Playing with Food Intake will help you take up the calorie intake also. I usually combine the S.mass and P.Complex and make 1 shake. I drink 2 of those a day for 3000 Calories at 206 grams for my bulking phase. I usually end up somewhere around the general mard with food of 3000 cal/285g of Protein. Also see my Diet Ratios Post. Diet is the most important part of training don't take it lightly...if you do you are just pissing your money away buying juice!!! Below are some good foods to help you build your diet!!!

Recommended Foods:
Chicken breast
Turkey breast
Fish-Tuna especially mixed with eggs & Mayo w/a dash of sugar. Tastes Great!!!
Shellfish (shrimp, lobster, crab, clams, etc)
Egg whites
Lean red meats (top round, lean sirloin, and flank)
Nonfat or low fat dairy products

You can try mixing and matching most of these. These are just a few of my favorites.
Breakfast: Steak&Eggs
Eggs&Oatmeal
Lean Sausage&Eggs&Oatmeal

Lunch: Usually pack about 2 Chicken breasts & a baked potatoe
Tuna/eggs/mayo mixure
Hamburger Helper

Dinner:Fish & Green Peas
Shrimp & Baked Potatoe
Steak/PorkChop & Corn

This is just a general guideline...with the two shakes you take that is a total of five meals.
Then don't forget to take the sixth before you go to bed. A low-carb-high protein muscle recovery shake. With this diet you should pack on all the muscle you want. Try to space out meals every 2-3 hours. I know it is hard to do sometimes...Just try it though.
