Abs(see ab rhoutine)
*Ab Rhoutine*
You can do your own variant of this. I usually mix it up to hit all parts of the abs. Lower, mid, top, and obliques. Because of the size of the muscles in the abs and the simple fact you use in almost every movement your body makes, I train them everyday. They look pretty d*m good to say the least.

The poundages used are just a basis. If you can use more weight add it on. You still want to stay around the proposed rep range though to build muscle. Once you can do 4 sets of 8 for that movement...move up 10lbs. Always keep your body adapting!!!! For the Forced Rep...You should be able to do 1 on your own for the max and the spotter should only touch the bar with fingertips on the second if need be.

Good constructive criticism. Iron Bros didn't like the 70's comment Bro...Ha!Ha! j/k Thanks for the post. I myself train more for power, strength, and symetry while maintaining the lowest weight possible. A rule I use is to always workout(6-8reps) with at least 100+ lbs over my bodyweight. I try to max(2reps) at least 200+lbs over my bodyweight. By try...I mean I do. At the same time I maintain a year bodyfat% of about 5-8% and am ripped as hell. So it all depends on your goals. I workout with guys twice my size and usually kill them...I can do more weight than them correctly for more reps and for a longer period of time. So my friend...to me the gym is an Arena I am its Iron Gladiator. Please feel free to post more inputs also...

You have trouble gaining mass, bet its from overtraining unless your on alot of gear.

You're doing 30 sets of chest exercises. IMHO this is overtraining...even if you are on.

Doesn't your back/shoulder day suffer because you have arms right before it? That split seems odd. Need the Bis for back and the Tris for Shoulders.

I know these muscle arent your targeted ones but they should be fresh to do a decent back/shoulder workout.

Good Comments Iron Bros. Well actually I was having trouble gaining before this rhoutine. I have always been a hard gainer until I went to this rhoutine. When I am juicin' on this rhoutine I am a monster...ripped and big as F*ck. This works for my bodytype, but you can never generalize any one rhoutine. This isn't the GodSend of rhoutines, but if you are having trouble gaining or want to increase your gains while juicin...give it a try. Thanks for input Iron Brothers That is what we are all here for to hive different ways of doing things and ways that we ourselves have deviated from the norm in hopes that it might help the next man...In that tradition...LOL...

Slopain~Well they are not the target group and really have tried it other way splitting arms & back shoulders with chest in between. It just doesn't give me that same level of intensity...Try it for one week and you will see what I mean. Thanks for the Post...As always knowledgeable Bros.

I have to ask bro, at what intensity are you training at? I'm sorry, but on my very best day when I feel like an animal and am training at my near max, my shoulders would fall off well before I got halfway through your chest workout. Man thats alot of excersises. I've never seen ANYONE do that kind of a routine while they're throwing up the heavy weights, and I've seen some fucking monsters. You really must be superman dude, that's fucking incredible!!

with all due respect....you have got to be kidding, right???? By anyone's standards that is overtraining. That routine would cripple most pro's not to mention the fact the you are getting one day of rest. How do you maintain any kind of mass and what are your current stats????

Big Physics Bastard brings up an excellent point...at what intensity are you training at.

I do 2 sets Incline 2 sets Flat and 1 set of weighted dips and I am ready to vomit. 48 hours later I cannot put my shirt on.

I'm with ya mike, I sometimes don't get through 2 excersises on chest if I went really heavy that day. If I did, I would fucking around with pussy weights by the time I got to the 3rd or fourth excersise, definitely not cool when the hotties walk past;-)
