As most of you know I am a populare believer in Phase training. I believe to get a completely symetric physique all aspects of training must be adhered to. This includes diet, proper supplementation, a good solid training rhoutine, and if elected to do so a good stack. The most important of all these aspects is the amount of sleep you get. A nice thing to do before sleep is to drink a low carg-high protein shake. Muscles are built during sleep not while you are awake. What happens when you work out is you are actually breaking the muscles down...forcing them to adapt. The logic process of the muscle is: We will build more fibers so it will be harder to break down the next time. Thus the next time you train you can push one more rep or go up 10lbs i.e. it takes more to break down the muscle!!! A simplistic look at adaption at best.

Stack~This is a good stack that most people use. With this stack you will notice minimal sideeffects associated with aromatization(testosterone turning to estrogen in the body). You will have maximum strength and size gains also. This is the first stack I ever done. My 1 Rep max was 225 on the benchpress. In a period of 12weeks I competed in a powerlifting contest weinghing in at 175lbs bodyweight/5% bodyfat. It was an open class.

Category1-Maximum Weight lifted~2nd Place 375lbs. (Guy that beat me weighed 315lbs/benched 435lbs)
Category2-Amount Over Bodywght lifted~1stPlace 365lbs Competition Lift/Best of 3 Lifts
Category3-Amount of Reps for Bodyweight~1st Place 185lbs for 40Reps.
Category4-Overall Winner on Points.

After this contest I increased my Calory and protein intake got my bodywieght back up to 195lbs/8%bodyfat-This is my year round physique. I lift hard and heavy. I believe it is the only way to stimulate muscle growth.

Diet-Specific Diets/Affordable
This very important. Even while cycling you need the proper materials to build your house. That is a good way to think of your body. The better materials you have the better your house will be. you can't have all of one type of material and not enough of another. This is a hard process which is why I have been so busy making diets for people of late. Everything down to the essential fatty acids must be accounted for...amino acid...multivitamin...more importantly for someone cycling vitamin B-Complex. This is a important vitaming to catalyst alot of reactions.

Supplementation-The Pros top choices for tailoring the perfect physique!!!
There is no way you can get all the Nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and protein you need from just food alone. So therefore to get maximum result from your workout invest in your body and get some supplements...don't worry I will help!!! Diet and Supplementation go hand in hand.
