Bros I have juiced a few times and I hate shrinking after your done. My last cycle I lost 20lbs after I was done my hand was broken though.
This yo yo shit sucks on my next cycle I am using clomid In your bros experence how much will this help with retaining gains along with proper intake of protine.

actually lawnsaver its "protein" hehe.

up your protein in the end and keep training hard. go easy on the cardio at first too, dont want to get too catabolic. if you want, take some clen to ease the post cycle cortisol spike. will diminish any catabolism.

One trick as well is if your going to cut up directly after your bulking phase, do not drop your carbs too quickly. Instead arrange your workouts in the evening and carb up directly following them before bed...now dont freak cause I say before bed..if you want more info on this dieting technique just email me.
