whats up bros? well this is my first post. i have been reading anything and everything on this board for a year now and have decided to do a second cycle. i did a small cycle of sust/dbol but didnt eat right and only gained 12lbs in total but only kept 7. now after reading and learning i have decided to do another cycle with dbol t-200 primo deca: -------t200--dbol--deca--primo I will be using the gainskeeper formula. i am looking to eat about 4000-5000 calories with 200-300g of protein. i am currently 177lbs at 6'0 and 11%bf and looking to be 197-207. any suggestions bros? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Good job in creating a cycle though, I can tell you've done your research. A lot of first time posters will come out.. spell things wrong, have absolutely stupid cycles, and dont' spend a minute to research before they post it up. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
