Hey fella's something really strange occured to me yesterday and I want to hear all your opinions. Currently I'm on a Romanian D-bol and Propinate cycle. I'm at week 4 now of the 6 week cycle. Currently D-bol is at 25mg a day and I shoot 200mg of Prop every 3rd day. Yesterday I had an awful eating day. All I ate was: 2 McDonald's chicken sandwiches,2 yogurts,10 pancakes for breakfast and 1 Isopure shake. This is terrible for the cycle considering I'm used to having 5000 calories a day and around 400 grams of protein daily. Here's the crazy thing: At the end of the day I wheyed myself to see how much weight I lost and I actually gained 3lbs. Weird thing also was the weight was gone in the morning! Well McDonalds as some fair amounts of salt and don't forget when you're on juice that your water retention is higher and you can fluctuate between 2-5 pounds in a day even if your eating habbit are poor. I eat strict during the week, but the weekend I let go and I maintain my weight, my body goes into a shock if I eat like that. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
