I just had reconstructive shoulder surgery about 3 months ago. I'm not fully recovered, but getting a lot stronger. I lost 20lbs. due to the surgery, and would like to gain about 10lbs. of it back. Right now I am 5'9" and weigh 178lbs with a BF% of 8.5%. I want to stay lean and continue to cut up while gaining a little weight and strength in the process. I am thinking of just taking straight Eqipoise or Winny to get the gains I want. What do you guys recommend? My last cycle was over a year ago and was a Sust/Deca stack over 7 weeks. I plan on starting in about a month or two. All help is appreciated. By the way, how about those Sooners?

What would my gains be if I just took Winny or Eq? Would it be worth it? Would either one be better for rehabilitation on my shoulder?

i think as far as the rehad deca is better.. i am having the same dilemna. i am also recovering from a shoulder injury. but i am afraid to use deca with sust. cause i wont be able to use proscar, (might end up having hair loss, plus deca dick shit) i was thinking eq/sust/proscar but then again, i dont think eq lubes the joints like deca does.. so lets bump for mods and gurus

Why not use something like sus and d-bol to put on mass and keep the joint well protected. Then go on something like winny and primo (to consolidate gains - especially needed when using t3) with t3 and clen (best fat burning combination possible?) to cut up with?

Just a thought.

Sus and dbol would be one of the worst choices. You will grow in size and strength quickly without strenghting the tendons of the shoulder. Your loads during lifting will invariably increase and your ultimately going to tear something. I am going under the knife soon too. Detatched Pec major tendon. I am going to rehab clean for 3 months. Than come back with EQ, and Primo Depot for 10 weeks. . .the deca is a good idea, but I would allow the site to repair naturally before adding AS and the obvious added stresses caused by larger muscle and the need to work out heavier. The only other choice is to go with HGH and the possible pro tendon/ligament strengthening properties it has. . .GL

I would go with the deca if it were me.
There was a good post about a sholder injury about two months ago that had about 20 people saying to use deca for injuries. I would stach it with winnny, I think it will cut down the chances of androgenic gyno. If I remember right the winny will bond to the estrogen recptor sites that the clomid won't.
I might be way off..give me a call when you figure out what you want to do..later

Good to see you around again bro

Now as for your shoulder all i have to say is before you do anything make sure it's 100%healed, when you're on juice your body produces inferior collagen and all your connective tissue repairs are weaker then they normally would be. Once you're sure it's healed, train naturally for at least 6 months to get it back into the rythum of things, then hit it.

Just my opinion and personal experience

I appreciate the help guys. It's good to be back. I will definitely wait until I'm healed well before getting back on. It has been about 3.5 months now and I plan on hitting the gear in Jan./Feb. Thanks for the advice. I'll talk to you soon oubeta.
