I'm 6'1 245-about 12-13%bf-want to compete at no more than 3.5 percent for my upcoming show-am thinking 100mg winny eod for six weeks-not sure about the clen dosage any suggestions. ------------------     | ||

i think ranger would be the best person to talk about with clen. good bro with good knowledge on clen. if i remember correctly he says 2 weeks on and one week off. look him up swol | ||
