Anyone who are on aas without bulking as a maniac. I put on fat very easily and therefor I thought of eating normal while on aas, just eating a bit more protein. I wan't to stay fitt gain as little fat as possible. MAybe clen while bulking, or t3? What could a cycle with sustanon 500mg/week and t3 and armidex do for me do U think? Maybe a strange or different question, but please help If U can. I don't want the wathergain and the big fatgain I alwais make while bulking. My diet is good but even though I gain a lot of fat in the "belly area". I eat while bulking 2g protein/lb BW and low fat(a lot of omega-3 and good oil) and "medium high" of carbs.

Stats: BW: 85-86kg(1kg=2.2lb) BF: 12% H: 181-182cm(something like that)

Regardless of how much AAS you take in, you body can't without the proper building blocks(food).

I imagine you would see some gains.

But diet is the largest contributing factor to gains, not AAS.

But I know a guy who does this and he's got some good muscle, but he's never gotten past the GQ model stage.

I agree w/ code. If u want to bulk, eat. What you posted it almost like a cutting cycle.

Bro, you're waging two wars here with one army. You CAN'T do both at the same time. You're chasing coflicting goals. In order to gain muscle mass(weight) you must consume MORE calories than you body needs. In order to loose weight(fat) you must consume LESS calories than your body needs. There are no exceptions to this rule...none. This is human physiology and we have no choice in how our bodies work. We just strive to make them work more eficiently and look more apealing. If we could loose weight by over stuffing our faces then half the population would look like ethiopians. If you want to grow you must EAT. If you want to shrink you must CONTROLL and LIMIT what you eat. If you are that worried and scared by the water bloat and fat acumulation then you should not be using AS. You should not even be bodybuilding. You can't stay in contest shape or tip top shape all the time. The pro's who we all see in magazines and shows look like that for a very very short time. When they are bulking they are fat. Not by a normal persons standards, but by a bodybuilders standards. Lee Priest is the best example of this. He looks like the state puff marshmellow man. Ronnie coleman weighs 320 in the off season. If you want to grow tou have to eat. You can't have he best of both worlds. If you did you would never get anywhere close to as big as you possibly can, and the last time I checked the point of doing a bulking cycle with AS was to get BIG. To get bigger than you naturaly can. To take the body to the outer limits. So if you don't plan to get BIG and you are afraid of a little water and fat then you will not be nourished properly for optimal growth, thus cheating yourself and in my humble opinion, wasting a cycle. Bulking cycles are to grow, to get massive, period. With that massiveness will have to come a little fat and water retention. Period. Cutting cyles are to cut and get lean. To have AS in your system to preserve muscle mass while on a reduced calorie diet. There is a reason why AS is needed to preserve these supra-normal amounts of muscle mass on a lower calorie diet... Because the muscles need suficient calories to be maintained(maintnace calories) and an excess of calories to grow. Without having these two criteria met muscle mass will not be retained because it isn't recieving what it needs for simple maintnence let alone growth. So suck it up and get huge. If you really are gaining that much fat then you need to look at your diet. Find the threshold between muscle gains and fat gains. But you can not be afraid to bulk. That is the only way you are going to get massive.
