Hey guys, I've been reading the posts on this board for a while, but this is my first post. I've learned a ton here already!

Here's my question: Do you think there is a point beyond which you just can't get any bigger? And how long does it take to reach that point?

On my first cycle, I started out at 6'1", 205lbs and ended up at 230 lbs after 8 wks of d-bol and test. I lost about 15 lbs after I came off, so I ended up at 215. That was a year ago. I just started my second cycle. In the first two weeks, by bodywieght shot right back up to 230, but it's now week 4 and I haven't seen any new gains. I'm eating a ton (4000 cals a day) and training really hard. Do you think that I've just reached my potential and that's it?

By the way, this cycle is: deca 400mg/wk, test, 700 mg/wk and d-bol 4tabs/wk.

thanks in advance for your help!

Never, Up your protien intake and change your workout schedule, do arms one day, split legs, go heavier, go lighter with slower reps, just try and change your workout often and get the best possible pump in the areas your working. . .I would than say go check your diet and make sure every colorie goes to growth or energy. Finally, rest, rest, rest. . .Good luck and keep us posted.

thanks for the encouragement! Do you think it's possible to over-train while juicing? I read somewhere that it's not possible, so I've been training really hard. But maybe too hard....

4000cals isn't a ton. Especially since you are 230lbs. Play with your diet and training.

latona, yes anybody can overtrain, but you
have to know your body and its limits. Thats why it is so important to work out for some time before you try AS. They are not a cure all.Peace

4000 calories isn't near enough for you weinghing 230lbs...you should be taken in around 5-6000 calories...Train harder...you never get too big!!!

There is a natural size your body likes to stay at, but you can keep pushing it until it becomes unhealthy (i.e. Dillet).

thanks guys. I guess the general concensus is eat more. I feel like I'm gonna puke already, but, hey, nobody said this was easy, right? I'll try to get 5-6000 cals/day and see how it goes.
cheers.

Yeh bro, with the cycle you've got going I think you need diet modifications. Don't just up your protein intake either. Maybe you arn't eating enough carbs. That was my problem.

Latona, I'm just about to finish an EQ/winny cycle. In week 6 I ran out of glutimine and I got really sore and my burns after each set started to last forever. I never noticed the effect glutimine had on muscle soreness and overtraining before. I ran out and bought some more and my workouts are less painful now. I take 10 to 15 grams before and after each workout and 15 gram before bed on off days. I think if you take 20 to 30 grams a day you will notice a big difference in recovery and muscle soreness

Easy way to get your required calories is eating every 2 hrs.Make at least 4 of those meals a weight gain shake.I recommend N-Large by Prolab(I think it's Prolab).Good stuff.Yes,I do believe there is a point where you can't get any bigger or stronger while staying healthy, but by that point, you'll be a very large and strong man

Not a typo exactly. I did start at 4/day, but I wasn't seeing much so I just up-ed it to 6/day this week. What d'ya think? Is that still not enough?
