Not sure if this belongs here or on the training board, so I posted it in both places. I'm doing a first cycle and wonder if it's cool to only work one body part a day, or should I be tyring to hit them twice a week. Appreciate the advice. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you are new to juice. Try training very hard but only 1 bodypart/day or : Day 1: Chest & Triceps Day 2: Back & Biceps Day 3: Shoulders and traps Day 4: Legs Day 5: Chest & Triceps again Day 6 & 7 off and follow from where ya left off. Back and biceps, Shoulders & traps and so on. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

If you are on gear you will get better results by doing the push pull method of training. I do chest and light shoulders on mon, back and light tris on tues, legs and abs on wed, bis and tris on thurs, and shoulders and light chest on fri, cadio and abs on the weekend ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
