what should I be taking to keep my joints and liver healthy when I start my cycle? it was recommended to me that I take 1g milk thistle for the liver and 1g glucosamine for the joints. does that sound about right to you guys? also is there anything else you would suggest? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm taking milk thistle. A lot of people recommended it to me for cleaning the liver. I've been told that's enough. But you can take Cod Fish Oil also. For the joints, I never took anything. But I don't believe you need it. Steriod will put water in your muscles and your joints. That one reason you will lift more. I remember creatine. It will help even more with the steriod.
