what should I be taking to keep my joints and liver healthy when I start my cycle? it was recommended to me that I take 1g milk thistle for the liver and 1g glucosamine for the joints. does that sound about right to you guys? also is there anything else you would suggest?

I'm taking milk thistle. A lot of people recommended it to me for cleaning the liver. I've been told that's enough. But you can take Cod Fish Oil also. For the joints, I never took anything. But I don't believe you need it. Steriod will put water in your muscles and your joints. That one reason you will lift more. I remember creatine. It will help even more with the steriod. I do and it's awesome.

Evening primrose oil 1300 mg 2x/day

N-acetyl cysteine 600 mg 3x/day
