Ok first off, I know as well as anyone there are a ton of scammers out there, and we fully support anyone providing one with "HARD" evidence, that is not a problem, the problem is people yelling scammer cause they didnt get their gear in a week and a half, so that gives them the right?

My point being if you got scammed or believe youve been scammed, email a mod and tell us what happened, if your in the right you can bet your ass we will back you, but too many times good guys get burnt by over anxious fools trying to burn up the trail, or even worse than scammers.....reverse scammers!!

Now with the bust thing..I logged on tonight seeing bust this..and bust that...some guys having as little as 5 posts..

Now I dont believe that the number of posts a person has under his name means shit..but this whole bust thing does make me quite curious...how about you my brothers??...bust this bust that??...hmmmm..

Now the point is if I yelled out 'scammer' many good people would have lost a good source, and I would have lost a friend.

Be patient and don't be to ready to accuse people. If you'd have done your homework you'd know who's legit. Remember there are other agencies involved (post office, customs, couriers etc).

All of these scammer posts !!! I wonder if any of them tried to get help from the mods???

Bros if you think you are getting scammed e-mail a mod first!! There is a real good chanse they can help you get your gear!!! The know alot of people!!!! If you just come out and yell scammer you will loose your gear and piss alot of people here off!!

People have to realize that we are not shopping at Wallmart here. If the gear doesn't arrive in a week don't hit the panic button and start posting his name everywhere.
Give it a little more time. Especially if your source is foriegn and not domestic.
Next step, e-mail a mod for some help, they can direct you from there.

I agree totaly bro; the last couple of days there have been many posts of scammers and all that bullshit. What gives have a little patience.

as Lee Corso says...hold on a minute..phantom my brother, i am not a source, but since i live in a country where some gear is legal, i have helped out a couple of bros in need...but i disagree that sources should send gear COD...they are providing you a service and can not only get a much harsher sentence from the law, but they are in it for money!!!! you dont expect any other mail order biz to ship you stuff for free do you?

i think we need to find a source that takes credit cards....lol

Another semi-related thing is that a lot of guys are reporting scammers to me to put on the list, and a brief glance at the list and I find the exact address of this "new" scammer already listed! You really have to check and double check. Also, you can judge by area, too. Granted there will be loads of sources in California and Texas, but if its like Iowa and the guys a scammer, you can pretty confidently say that new sources in Iowa are most likly the same guy. Of course I hate to act like that is an absolute, but a state where it is unlikly that there are tons of sources (being that a majority of small time sources are making runs to Mexico on their own), you can error on the side of caution and figure that its the same guy opening p.o. boxes in neighboring towns.
There are a couple of guys (names escape me right now) who are notorious for that!
So check the lists, compare addresses before you send, and use a LOT of common sense!
