Gyno reduction cycle:
Gear needed:

Winstrol
Nolvadex
Depo-Medrol

Possible additions:

Any non-aromitizing gear (masteron, Anavar, Proviron)
Arimidex to increase gyno reduction

How this cycle works:

Part 1 hormonal treatment:
First this cycle will elevate androgen levels and reduce estrogen and estrodiol levels stoping gyno in its tracks. How does it reduce gyno tho?
The use of winstrol has shown to reduce gynecomastia by reducing testicular secretion of estradiol, by decreasing peripheral conversion of precursors to estradiol and by increasing circulating levels of androgen."(Kohler, 295). Winstrol is most effective on mild cases of Gyno.

Nolvadex will decrease swelling in the breast and block any further estrogen from attaching to the receptors in the mammary glands. If nolvadex can not be found Clomid can be substituted but it is not as effective.

The reduction can be improved by adding Arimidix. Arimidex blocks the further production of estrogen and can improve gyno by lowering estradiol blood levels, Again a complete resolution depends upon the chronicity and size of the breast tissue(Isselbacher, 2039).

However, if the gyno is of long duration and fibrosis has replaced the original ductal hyperplasia then Depo-Medrol must be added to the stack. None of the drugs listed above will be able to reduce it if it has become fibrous.

Whats so good about depo-medrol?

Depo-medrol(methylprednisone acetate) is a cortico******* that has a very useful side effect. Basicly it causes local catabolism where ever it is injected. By injecting it into the fibrous mass you effectively start to catabolise the fibrosis surrounding the ducts so that the Winny and Nolva can work their magic.

How do I inject it?

Well you basicly Grab that lump underneath your nipple and pump a syringe full of Depo-medrol right into the center of it. It is best to use a � inch 23 gauge needle since it is a suspension. The injection is somewhat painful so you might want to get the kind that has lidocain mixed with it.

The few people that have tried this have injected 20mg every 5-10days with good results. It takes 3- 4 weeks to notice improvement. Try doing one side at a time so that you can compare.

So there you have it your only other option beside surgery. I haven�t tried it yet but I intend to.

Suggested cycle:

week 1-10 50mg winny eod
week 1-12 100mg Proviron /day
week 1-12 20mg nolva /day
week 1-12 20mg depo-medrol twice per week (if doing only 1 side at a time)

follow up with a few weeks of clomid
