Hey guys my best friend just got busted at school...he got fined 2000grand and was kick out of his school.....some one called up and said he was selling roids.....which he isnt....but everyone obvously lookes at him and knows he on AS.....anyways cops raided his room got all his shit and they saw the express mail letter to my dorm room...this shit just went down like 1hour ago....they went to the post office and seized my package over grand and a half of gear all for my next cycle....non of it was for sale...i just erased anything on my computer and thrown all papers away....and gave what ever things i might have to a friend....what else can i do...this shit ever happen to anyone....do you think ill get introuble cause the package was going to my dorm room...i think i should be allset cause i never got it or signed please let me knwo....thanks.....g     | ||

I think you['re okay bro. Just say you didn't know why your friend would have something with your address on it, and make sure you think he would cover for you if you decide to go with that story. Dude- your main enemy here is fear. Nobody has said it out loud, but it comes through clear in your posts- your scared. Nothing to be ashamed of, but something you've got to get in controll of, 'cause if they pay you a visit the cops are gonna count on the fact that you are scared. Get rid of the computer for a while or totally reformat like mentioned above. One of my training partners was busted about a month ago and the first thing they took was his computer, first thing! Then after that, take the advice of playing dumb to any and everything. ------------------ | ||

All the advice above is good and should be followed. Lose the computer. There only 2 ways you can be busted; for actual possession, or for conspiracy. You don't have possession, all evidence on your premises has been removed. You can only be charged on the conspiracy now, and the only evidence is if your buddy rolls over on you, which is real common. It takes more than his word, a co-conspirator, to convict you. Say nothing, admit nothing, and don't discuss it with your buddy. | ||

Switch computers with a friend for a little while... then if they come and want to talk to you say "Ok..but I want a lawyer present" They will piss, moan and stamp their feet...they will tell you that if a lawyer gets involved they will not be able to "help" you with this strong case they have against you..Their job is not to help you but to totally fuck you....and they will...and what gets me is that before they question you THEY TELL YOU THIS!!!! "Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law" Translation.."Any word that comes out of your mouth is going to get shoved down your throat at the courtroom" The Miranda Rights that they read to you (which they don't have to unless you are actually under arrest--if they just come to your house they can ask you anything they want...with no Miranda--its only once you are under arrest that and they want to question you that they have to read you your rights)---Rant...Ask for a lawyer... ------------------ | ||

go to the steroidlaw.com and get the number and talk to mr collins. he is an attorney that is well versed in steroid law. he will give you a ton of advise over the phone. he is in ny, and i called him from ca, and the dude totally helped me out. he totally answered all my questions, told me what to do, and what to expect, and what legally could happen, then he found me a lawyer locally. so call him | ||

if you do end up getting arrested or detained or whatever...do not talk to them. they will threaten you with everything under the sun to try and get you to talk. tell them you want an attorney and then talk to him. and don't let them in your room unless they have a warrent. that is your best bet. good luck bro | ||
