What do you guys take? Is cranberry extract/juice the only thing? On this cycle I'm getting some annoying pain in my lower back which I assume is my kidneys begging for help, hehe.     | ||

Drink it religously. I'm sure there is something else out there, but I cant think of it right now. | ||

I use 1/2 cranberry juice and 1/2 water, seems to work good, but as said above, drink alot of water to avoid the initial problem. ------------------ |
