Well all I am mid cycle.. and My elbow is screaming it gets so bad that I can even bend it back and forth.. I believe that it is from the drastic strength increase without my tendons being able to keep up with the muscle's capabilitites.. I dont know what to do . The pain is excurating and working in construction during the day its not like i can go easy on it at all.. I was thinking about getting some decca and go for 600 mgs a week for 4 weeks then down to 400 for another 4 and hope this would help...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as here is the weekend and need to recover as much as possible before work on Mon.. Keeping in mind Im training my ass off wanted to compete in a show in March...

Do the Deca idea.
HGH would be very beneficial, means allowing.
Try gluco/chrond. supplement.
Extra warm-ups. Haet before the wo, and ice after.
Good luck.

The moral?

It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running.

Shadow is correct. I have very bad tendonitus. Deca helps me tremendously, nearly eliminating the problem. I have read this is due to cellular fluid retention around the joints. Anyway try the Deca it takes about a week for me to notice the difference...

I acquired some dexamethasone from a postcard supplier. It's an anti-inflammatory for joint pain, it works great.

Take the Deca, watch for gyno and train around the injury. And that's it. Ho yes, wrap your elbows.
