Ok guys, this has been bothering me for years now. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue. When I train, it seems that I the left side of my body never really feels balanced with the right side. It's not a strength thing, but more of a flexibility thing. For example, when I do squats or bent rows, it seems that no matter how I adjust my feet, they don't feel balanced. Also, my shoulders. I know it's in my shoulders and hip joint but I can't quite pinpoint what it is and in what direction to stretch in order to solve this. I notice that the incorrect posture is carrying over to my sleep and sitting posture too. What did you guys do to solve this?? ![]() ![]() ![]() |
