I would like to respond to the thread earlier about the WEBSA corp and that the DEA has a list of all of the customers who order from them. What I would like to know is just how do you think the DEA would go about getting this list?? I realize that chemical supply companies are required by law to give a customer list to the DEA upon request, but those chemicals are controlled. Finaplix, as far as I know, is not. Being that it is not a controlled substance & that you are not breaking any law by buying it, why would you figure that WEBSA would just go ahead & give their customers names over to the feds?! They are NOT a chem supply company and are not required to give the names of any of its customers over to anyone. I am perplexed as to where these rumors start. Obviously, there are alot of teenagers here that want to feel like they are playin cops & robbers or some bullshit like that.     | ||

I say "better safe than sorry" roiddog...you can't be too careful--and btw, unless you're incredibly naive, you know that the DEA (federal gov't. in general) will do WHATEVER, WHENEVER, HOWEVER...just my 2 cents, not a flame, just don't want some newbie to think this sh*t's not risky! ------------------ | ||

If the DEA is getting peoples names from CC orders, then dont order by credit card. Do a MO. I dont think the DEA goes after people for posession & they couldn't if they tried cause it aint illegal to posess. I think that the dude who was making the fina kits was a different story being that he has a lab & is well known, the feds may have thought that he was manufacturing Trenbolone Acetate & selling it. What could they possibly do to a guy who orders 1 box of Finaplix? They couldn't even get a warrant with that because, ONCE AGAIN, its not illegal to posess. Why would they even waste time with a guy ordering small??? Maybe I AM being naive & maybe I just realize my rights I dont know. | ||

Actually, record of all purchases of cattle implants, either androgen or estrogen based, are sent to Washington. But not to the DEA, to the Dept. of Agriculture. They monitor the usage of these products by livestock producers. It is the D.A.'s job to make sure cattle aren't dosed too close to market. That's one of the things that "inspected by USDA" stamped on the meat we buy is about. These guys aren't looking for bodybuilders using fina, but for meat with too high a steroid concentration for consumption. But you are in the database, rest assured. I keep thinking that the guys are going to show up at the door and ask to see my cattle operation one day. LOL. I don't know if w***a is in compliance, I think I'll ask. I know Omaha Vaccine won't ship to you anymore unless you fax em a bill of sale for your cattle. That's one of the reasons I think we should not refer to this company by name here, or they will be gone. | ||

Fina in pellet form is NOT a controled substance. Fina in solution for human consumption IS controlled. ------------------ The moral? It doesn't matter whether you are a lion or a gazelle, when the sun comes up - you had better be running. |
