400 mg of deca per week for 8 weeks, and anywhere from 25 to 50 mg for the first 5 weeks or ref-b, all depends on your experience with AS. You should post all your stats b4 asking such a broad question... | ||

your right i should .my last cycle was sust for three months i gained 17 kept 15 pounds. im taking 600/mg now of nor 200 im in my 2 week and im getting the ref-b fri and i need 2 know how 2 work it in my cycle | ||
