Fortunately i developed a huge appetite while on juice, but the problem is that the peak is at evening before going to bed. actually i kind of force myself to have breakfast than it gets better for lunch and the appetite keeps icreasing durning the day. As i said i eat like a pig before going to bed and i'm worried i could store the food as fat. Wandering if anyone else has the same problem, if you think chanches to get more fat are high and what you do about it.

I have the same problem. It's really harde to eat in the morning and sometimes if I force myself, I end up throwing up a half hour later. I've started taking an MRP in the morning for breakfast because it's easier to keep down and you get a pretty good supply of protien and carbs. But, unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to make myself eat whole foods when I first get up.

Yeah, night's are definitely tough for me, too. You still have to be careful about too many carbs at night. If you're bulking up, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Just don't go crazy and still do a little cardio. If you're cutting up, you just have to force yourself to change your schedule, I think.

Personally, I don't think that is a problem unless your cutting. You are bulking, and when you sleep is when your muscles are "repairing" or "growing". The more protein/cals/carbs the more "growing" your going to see. Bulking is bulking. Simply put the more food the more gains. That is why it is not unheard of people waking up at 2am just to down a protein shake, or a weight gainer.
